Pre-Construction

• Conduct project review and client need analysis
• Assemble design-stage skills/disciplines
  (architects, engineers and other specialists)
• Assess scope and schedule

Design Development

• Work as intermediary between the design team and client to incorporate client desires
• Offer suggestions to improve design and functionality
• Provide a preliminary construction budget based on 50% construction documents
• Perform meticulous review of prints to identify possible conflicts/problems and avoid costly delays and rework during the construction phase
• Advise on potential cost-saving alternatives

Construction

• Provide skilled project supervision
• Maintain open and consistent dialog throughout the project to keep clients aware of progress, budget and status details
• Communicate via written schedule updates throughout the project
• Continue accurate cost reporting throughout
• Conduct regular status meetings and site walk-throughs

Post Construction

• Furnish comprehensive close-out documents, including training on specific systems installed, operating and maintenance documents, and as-built drawings accurately recording any plan deviations made during the project
• Expedite responses to warranty work
